My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and cozy, equipped with good Wi-Fi, microwave, and coffee machine, but there was a bad smell lingering. The location was convenient, close to main streets and shops, perfect for walking to the Embarcadero, despite a bit of a climb. The staff was very kind and helpful, making our experience extremely nice. However, our room wasn't ready until 3 PM despite our early arrival request.
